DeckWright was formed by founder, Mark Eggleston in 2013 and became a part of WJ Group, a well established name in the timber treatment industry. DeckWright anti-slip technology was (and still is) an answer to a problem faced by many decking owners in the UK. 

We have a multiple, dedicated UK-based production facilities with skilled operatives to create our DeckWright product. Our boards are of the highest quality offered both treated and untreated with delivery or collection options throughout the UK.

Our anti-slip is independently tested and approved by the Health & Safety Laboratory in Buxton, in accordance with British Standard BS 7976: 200. 

A resin and aggregate formulation fills at least one of groove, sitting slightly proud of the timber. This creates a sturdy grip underfoot, significantly reducing the risk of slipping – even when the decking is wet. Anti-slip timber decking is a long-term, professional solution and won’t deteriorate over time. In fact, the grip is as good after ten years as it was on day one.
