Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

● “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
● “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

● “Website” refers to deckwright.co.uk, accessible from deckwright.co.uk

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
● Zonal Shipping Charges
We offer a zonal delivery charge based on location within the UK. You will be updated via email on your order delivery status. We may use third party couriers to deliver your products. Damage in transit is rare but possible, when you receive an order, please inspect the package and notify us of any issues immediately. Failure to notify us immediately may result in inability to receive a refund.

Where available, we use our own vehicles to conduct deliveries across the UK. However on occasions that we are unable to use these, we use a third party courier of our choice. We have a network of couriers that we use so we cannot guarantee that the exact courier for your delivery. Please note; If you have any vehicle restrictions preventing access to the delivery address, such as weight limits or narrow roads / tight bends that a truck may struggle to access, please ensure that you inform us 48 hours prior to delivery date, otherwise if the goods have to be re-delivered, there may be fees applied.
Local collections are available from two sites: Hull & Kirkburn.
Collections are only allowed once you receive an email stating that your order is ready to collect. Please do not arrive before this time as your order will not be ready. Address and collection details will be communicated to you via email.
